This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and builds no visitor profiles. Opening a page establishes no connection to any third party. What data does arise is set out here.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the legal conditions requiring one do not apply to us.
2. Visiting the website and server log files
When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data to our hosting provider, which stores it in log files: shortened or full IP address, date and time, the address requested, the page visited before, browser type and operating system, and the amount of data transferred.
We need this data so the page can be delivered and so we can detect faults and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This data is not combined with any other data.
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Švitrigailos str. 34, LT 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania. The hosting provider processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The server is located in the European Union.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies and use no analytics tools, ad networks, pixels or consent banners. Nothing is stored in your browser to recognise you again.
Typefaces, images and all program libraries sit on our own server. Opening a page therefore establishes no connection to Google, to a content delivery network or to any other third party.
4. Contact form
If you fill in the form, we process the details you enter there: name, email address and your description. We use them solely to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it concerns the run-up to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the details as soon as they are no longer needed, at the latest once it is clear that no work together will follow. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
The form is processed by a script on our own server and forwarded to us as an email. No further provider is involved.
5. Appointment booking via meetergo
On the page Book a call you can open a calendar provided by meetergo GmbH, Hauptstrasse 44, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany. The calendar is deliberately loaded only once you click the button. Before that, no connection to meetergo is made and no data is sent there.
With that click your browser connects to meetergo's servers and your IP address is transmitted to them. If you then book an appointment, meetergo processes the details you enter in the calendar on our behalf. The data is held on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with meetergo.
The legal basis for loading it is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give with that click. For holding the call it is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Information from meetergo: meetergo.com/datenschutz.
6. Contact via WhatsApp
There are links to WhatsApp on this site. Only when you click one is a connection to WhatsApp established and your device transmits data to the provider (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta). What happens there is governed by WhatsApp's own terms. If you would rather avoid that, write to us by email instead.
7. Links to other websites
We link to our customers' sites and to third party offerings. Their operators alone are responsible for their content and for how they handle data.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The one responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, datenschutz-berlin.de.
9. Status and changes
This policy applies from September 2026. If the site changes, for example because a service is added or dropped, we will update it.
